As a life coach, I draw on my many life and work experiences that include social work and teaching/facilitating various classes and workshops. I am certified by CRR Global®, the foremost relationship systems coach training program in the world. My business is based in the greater Newburyport, MA area. I will work hard to get results and will partner with clients to create a coaching plan that is uniquely suited to them. I have owned and run two successful businesses over the past 20 years and have co-created lasting and healthy personal and business relationships.

I strive to live in accordance with my highest priorities, in balance and with authenticity, and inspire my clients to do the same. I have amassed many tools that not only contribute to my unique style of coaching, but have helped me to personally change previous patterns that have not been in my best interest.

 

Experienced Life Coach

When appropriate, I will infuse life coaching with tools from my training with the Energy Healing Institute of Boston and my decade- plus experience as a Registered Yoga Teacher and YogaKids Facilitator.

My deep intuition and focus allow me to hone in quickly on what is really going on. I offer my clients a compassionate and listening ear as well as deep honesty and directness.

My goal is not to have life- long clients, but rather to help them get un-stuck as soon as possible from whatever is holding them back from attaining their highest potential in relationships and my commitment to well- being will help them get there.

I assist clients in deepening their learning, improving their performance and enhancing their quality of life.
